Well well well....first and last time I travel by coach with or without this firm....the journey to York I was told, and many others on the coach said the same, should have taken approx 3 hours, 5 hours it took!!! The drivers changed at a motorway service station and the second driver got lost, taking us down little country lanes, cars beeping him all the way. We called the office whilst still on the coach to complain with absolutely no apology or excuse given. Totally put me off. In total we spent 8.5 hours there and back on the coach and 2.5 hours at castle Howard. I would NEVER have booked if I'd have been told we'd be travelling that length of time!!!!
We recently went on heights of abraham trip it was fantastic the coach driver was very friendly
Just returned from Festival of Light & Bath Xmas Market trip...25th Nov.......what a brilliant trip. The driver was excellent....he ran the trip so well....THE BEST RUN COACH TRIP I HAVE BEEN ON. Hotel could have been better but everything else was great. WILL CERTAINLY TRY TO USE TIMEWELLS AGAIN. THIS WAS MY FIRST TRIP WITH YOU BUT HOPEFULLY WON'T BE THE LAST. Booked a turkey and tinsil break (13th - 17th Nov 2017) on the isle of weight. Excellent service from 1st contact to final return travel home. Special mention to Michael our driver. 1st rate. Even having to change planned route home to miss an 18 mile tailback on motorway. Well done sir. Recommend this company highly. Looking forward to holidaying via then again
Arrived back yesterday fom the Amsterdam mini cruise and had a fantastic time!Joe, the driver was brilliant..very helpful and made the whole experience a great one.We would definitely use Timewells again.
